Web Site Assessment
Just about every web site can benefit from an SEO effort. However, not all sites will benefit to the same degree and this is important information. In addition, your competitors may be so far ahead of your online efforts, that matching them would require a significant investment. The deliverables from a web site assessment would include the following:

I have a customer (Internet Innovation Alliance) that has historically targeted their website to a very specific audience — Capitol Hill staff members who specifically deal with broadband related issues and legislation. As a result, they've spent little time in the past worrying about things like web site traffic (they get negligible traffic today). Starting very soon, however, they're going to be focused on a much broader issue (national broadband policy) that has a much larger constituent base and therefore appeal to a wider audience (still not broad spectrum but larger than a highly specialized audience as before).
I'm eager to assist them in this endeavor but would prefer to do so by relying on a knowledgeable third party to assist.
